California Communications Association (CalCom), is a statewide non-profit trade association comprised of incumbent local exchange carriers (ILECs) providing telecommunications services within California. Apply for a Robert Ringman Scholarship! The Robert Ringman Scholarship Fund became an independent, 501(c)3 charitable non-profit organization in 2009. Donors may deduct 2009 donations to the fund from Federal and State taxes. Applicants compete for the scholarships. CalCom Member Company (including Associate Members) employees and their children may apply for the scholarships. The next round of scholarships will be awarded for 2010.
